THE CHALLENGE

Connect the call to the next right action.

Incoming requests and team training often live in separate systems. Staff need to know who owns a request and which steps to follow when it reaches them.

Make the handoff visible: a request has an intent, an owner and a matching playbook. Show onboarding progress against the same operating steps used by the team.
