Customer Reactivation Workspace
Customer scoring, sequence selection, suppression rules and a review queue for high-value follow-ups.
THE CHALLENGE
A considered next step for quiet accounts.
When customer activity slows, a team needs to decide who to contact, which follow-up fits and who should stay out of a campaign.
Combine recency, engagement and value in database rules. Assign a suitable sequence, respect suppression and route high-value messages through a review queue.

Build status
Database migrations and dashboard source were reviewed. High-value sequences require approval; other configured sequences can be automatic. The documented n8n exports were not present locally, so no original workflow map or verified live sending is claimed. The preview changes local review states only.
The case study describes reviewed implementation work. No measured savings, revenue gains or performance improvements are claimed.HAVE A SIMILAR CHALLENGE?
