HOW WE WORK
We map the problem, the people and what success looks like.
You get a defined scope, a design direction and an agreed plan.
We develop in focused stages, with working previews along the way.
You receive the software, documentation and a plan for what comes next.
Your goals set the direction.
You stay part of the process.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
That’s a useful place to start. Bring the problem, your current process or an early idea. We can define a focused first step before discussing a full build.
Yes. RC 4utomations is based in the Philippines and open to remote projects in Australia, Europe, the United States and worldwide. Working hours and communication expectations are agreed at the start.
Pricing follows the agreed scope, complexity and delivery needs. The proposal sets out deliverables, milestones and exclusions. Hosting, domains and any ongoing AI or third-party costs are discussed separately.
Ownership, account access and source-code handover are defined in the project agreement. Our approach is to keep you informed and give you a clear, documented handover.
Yes. We can begin by reviewing your existing website or workflow, then agree which improvements would be most useful. A complete rebuild is only one possible approach.
